Giuseppe Candini from 1953 to 1958 was in the racing assistance department of Maserati where had the occasion to work for very fast drivers like the five-times champion of the world: Juan Manuel Fangio.
	In 1958, he left the Trident house and had the opportunity to create a racing car of his. This car achieved the absolute second place in the first race uphill where it has taken part. In 1963 Mr. Candini opened a workshop in Bomporto (not far from Modena) and began to make the first jobs for the customers of the Trident house.
Mostly first jobs were for the customers of the Trident house who were sent to him from Maserati. In 1974 (at Sorbara), few Km from Modena, he began a good collaboration with the coachwork Campana who is also authorized by Maserati. Since 1987 Candini workshop is just in front of Campana.
